The Good Reward Rules
Earning Points
Everyone on a Touchstone Essentials monthly subscription can earn reward points. Earn 2 points for every $1/£1 spent on the first three consecutive monthly AutoShip orders. Following the third AutoShip order, earn 3 points for every $1/£1 spent on your monthly subscription.
Each customer, affiliate, or Affiliate Plus+ accumulates points on their own account. Points can only be earned on the primary subscription for the account (no multiples) and are not earned on any subscription where CV is assigned to another account. Points are calculated on the product price (subtotal, less any discounts) and not on sales tax or shipping.
Redeeming Points
Once you reach 500 points, you can apply points to your next subscription order. Each 500 points saves you $10/£10. You can select the auto-apply feature so that when you reach 500, it automatically applies the savings, or you can keep accumulating your points and apply them at a time of your choosing. Log in to manage your subscription and point preferences.
Points cannot be transferred to another account or subscription. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Losing Points
If you cancel your AutoShip, all points will be lost. If you reactivate your subscription within 14 calendar days of cancellation, your previous points will be reinstated. After 14+ days of cancellation, all previous points are permanently lost. New points may be earned with a new subscription.
